FRC Offering Free Parenting Classes in St. Louis County

Family Resource Center is now accepting referrals for St. Louis County residents to enroll in Parenting Wisely classes. The class is 100% free for county residents.

Two sessions of classes are being offered:

Session 1
Thursday, November 18 from 12-3 pm
Thursday, December 2 from 12-3 pm
Location: Family Resource Center, 3309 S. Kingshighway, St. Louis, MO 63139

Session 2
Monday evenings from 5:30-7:30 pm
November 29 – January 3
Location: Prince Hall, 4411 N. Newstead Ave., St. Louis, MO 63115

Parenting Wisely is proven, effective training program for parents with children ages 3-18. This program was designed to help parents better understand their children and develop the skills they need to be stronger parents.

Parenting Wisely has been recognized as a “Model Program” by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and an “Exemplary Program” by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).
