PathBuilders
Program Overview
PathBuilders is an 18-24 month program with a unique, evidence-based approach to helping families better their lives and achieve their goals. The services are provided in your home and will be tailored to meet the specific needs of your family.
Program Partners
PathBuilders is currently partnering with the following organizations:
• Employment Connections
• Family Care Health Center
• Redevelopment Opportunities for Women
• The Brown School of Social Work at Washington University
Services Provided
• One-on-one coaching to help you and your family reach your goals
• Social support from an advocacy team
• Access to partners/agencies to assist with basic needs, such as housing, employment, and healthcare
• Counseling services from professionally licensed Family Resource Center staff
• Parenting and development classes
Eligibility
PathBuilders is designed to help families challenged by:
• Financial hardship, unstable housing, and/or
under or unemployment
• Mental or physical health problems
• History of domestic violence, child abuse, or substance abuse
• Limited parenting skills
• Any other issues that prevent families from moving forward to self-sufficiency and sustainability
Services are funded by the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children & Families.
Services are provided free of charge.
